Lewis & Towers Flask Poison Bottles
I have only found four 2oz variations in the Lewis & Towers Flask poison bottles so far:

I have only found three 2oz colour variations and 1 embossing variation in the Lewis & Towers Flask poison bottles so far. There is 1 other known mould variant with an off centre wording.
It has a Patent no. of 590540 dated 6th October 1911.
The bottles from left to right above are as follows:
1) Variation: Common cobalt blue version, ground glass lip, cork
On Front: POISONOUS / NOT TO BE TAKEN
On Back: RD. NO. 590540
On Bottom: 2oz
2) Variation: Extremely rare mid blue version, ground glass lip, cork
On Front: POISONOUS / NOT TO BE TAKEN
On Back: RD. NO. 590540
On Bottom: 2
3) Variation: Rare aqua version, ground glass lip, cork
On Front: POISONOUS / NOT TO BE TAKEN
On Back: RD. NO. 590540
On Bottom: 2oz
4) Variation: Cobalt blue version, ground glass lip, cork
On Front: POISONOUS / NOT TO BE TAKEN
On Back: RD. NO. 590540 also with rare sunburst 'I' embossing (see picture 2).
On Bottom: 2oz
