There are many variations on the 2oz blue hexagonal poison bottles:

I am unsure how different examples of hexagonal poisons there are but there are a great deal. They come in all shades of blue and green, amber, aqua, ice blue, and clear. The lips vary according to age and manufacture but again include them all: stardard, wide-mouth, Corbyn type, shear lip and ground glass stopper types. Embossing varies widely and some are branded and have company names, or hospital/infirmary names or other. All the bottles tend to have two panels of vertical ribs between which there is an embossed panel.
